So as I let you all know yesterday, it's haute couture fashion week in Paris! Tonight was one of the first times a show did not conflict with my class schedule so I was ecstatic to go watch the bustle of people coming to and leaving the Valentino show in the 8th arrondissment. After some serious searching, we found the Hotel Salomon de Rothschild where the show was being held and came at the perfect timing. Upon our arrival, we were stampeded by a group of reporters as Tara Reid (American Pie Star) and her date started walked directly at us. One of the reporters was backing up so quickly that he almost tripped over the curb and onto us! I was caught a bit off guard so my pictures of her are not the best.

This was my final chance to go to a show this week but no worries, there may be many more fashion show stalking stories in my near future! The ready-wear Paris fashion week starts March 1st and ends March 9th which will have lots of good blogging material I am sure. For more info on the Valentino show check this out:
It's been an exhausting couple of days with the start of real classes and such this morning so I won't be surprised if I fall asleep within the next hour or so...gotta rest of because this weekend I'm visiting my favorite Danish friend Kelly!! We will see if we can co-write a post for you guys this weekend and will be sure to document all that we do. I think Sunday her Danish family is going to give us an authentic tour of Copenhagen!
